Our web-based technologies allow for anytime access to your loan summary, loan status, loan comments, and documents uploaded, from any computer that can connect to the internet. All updates, and any documents uploaded are automatically sent to your email address for review.

- Complete our quick, secure customer registration form
- Your login info will automatically be sent to your email address
- Click the “My Account” link above, and log into your account
Now that you have created and logged into your account, you are ready to submit loans to us. The first part of that process is to register your loan file.
- Click the “Start New Loan” tab in the loan navigation.
- Click the “Import a Loan” button and browse for your loan file.
- You can import either .FNM 3.2 file formats, or .BRW file formats.
- Make sure that all loan information pages are complete.
- Click the “Save and Continue” button at the bottom of each page.
- On the last page click the “Register Loan” button.
Once you click the “Register Loan” button you will be prompted to make a payment of $25.00 for a submission fee. If your loan is denied, this submission fee is credited toward the next loan you submit.
- Once the submission fee is paid our website will automatically generate a loan processing page.
- The processing page includes a loan summary, loan status, loan comments, and all loan documents that are uploaded.
- You can now upload any initial loan documents that have been requested by our website.
- Our website gives you the ability to fax or email loan documents directly to your loan file using our barcode coversheets.
- Click the “Loan to Processor” button to submit your loan to our processors.
Once the loan has been submitted to our processor, we take over from there.
- We send you an email letting you know that we have received your electronic submission.
- We review your loan file within 2 hours of loan submission.
- Our processor will run AUS if necessary.
- Our processor will collect any documents needed to submit to a lender.
- Our processor will clear any conditions that are needed to close your loan.
- You will receive automated email updates for status changes, comments that are added, and documents that are uploaded to your loan file.
Once your loan is clear to close, we will schedule your closing, and order your closing documents and wire when permitted.
- We will set up your loan to close.
- Our Processing Fee will be listed on the HUD (see “Our Price” page for more details).
- Our Processing Fee only applies to “Funded” loans.
- We will deliver to your email address a link to download an electronic copy of your loan file.
