The secure, web-based system we use for pipeline and document management is the reason we are able to work with banks and mortgage companies anywhere just as if we are in the same building. Our system gives us the ability to share real-time information with Loan Officers, by giving them online access to their paperless loan files from any device that is connected to the internet. Our efficiency around communication is further enhanced by the automation our system provides. Every time a loan status is updated or a comment is made, our system pushes an e-mail to the Loan Officer to let them know. You will never again wonder where your loan is in the process.
