Our Price

Our pricing model is simple and applies to all residential mortgage loans that we process and FUND (Conventional, Non-Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse, and RD loans).  Our fee can either be placed on the settlement statement or we can bill you directly.  Lenders have differing opinions regarding whether or not our fee can be on the HUD-1, so we encourage you to check with your Account Executive to ensure that you disclose it properly.  Our fee does not include costs incurred while processing the loan.  Examples of this are Automated Underwriting Submissions, Verifications of Employment, Overnight Couriers, or Credit Reports/Supplements.

If your loan is declined or withdrawn, we simply cancel it out of our system and move on to the next one.   This is a big reason why many companies depend on us for an affordable alternative to staffing processors.  Whether you eliminate the guaranteed base salaries & benefits of in-house processors or leverage the scalability we provide to off load loans when they are at capacity, by utilizing our loan processing service your overall cost to do business will decrease dramatically.    

Our Fees

  • All Funded Loans

    This is our fee for all loan types except for 203k & Construction Loans
  • Construction & 203k

    This fee is higher than our typical fee due to their labor intensive nature
  • Second Mortgages

    When running concurrently with a First Mortgage
  • Resubmissions

    If the loan is declined by one lender, we will resubmit the loan once at no charge
  • Volume Discounts

    We do offer discounts for volume & pull-through rates. Call for more details
