  • Collecting and identifying required documents for the mortgage loan file.
  • Imaging and indexing loan documents.
  • Pre-Underwriting review and analysis of the entire loan file including all documentation
  • Analysis of complex loan documentation.
  • Working in automated underwriting and registration systems (DO, LP, FHA Connection, etc.).
  • Organizing all documents for mortgage loan file submission to an underwriter.
  • Loan Submission to underwriting via website, secure e-mail, etc.
  • Ordering third party services (Appraisal, Title, and Insurance).
  • Ordering VOE, VOD, etc.
  • Collecting additional conditions requested by the underwriter and obtaining Clear to Close
  • Coordinating Closing.
  • Making the completed indexed loan file available to LO for download.

    We like to stay relatively static in our process as it is key to our efficiency.  Our efficiency is what allows us to provide a high quality service at an affordable price.  We also know that everyone works differently and has individual needs and preferences with respect to the process.  At the beginning of our relationship, we look to capture these preferences and set expectations accordingly thereby ensuring a smooth workflow from day one.
  • Communication

    Just as in any relationship, communication is paramount.  And not just communication…good communication.  We outline a communication routine with you at the outset to make sure that you are kept informed.  The method of communication is completely up to you.  This can be anything from a weekly call for pipeline review to daily contact via e-mail, telephone and/or our system.  In any event, you should never wonder what is happening on your loans.
