Our pricing model is simple, and applies to all residential mortgage loans that we process and FUND (Conventional, Non-Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse, and RD loans). Once your loan is Funded, you pay the following fee structure.
- All Funded Loan Types – $550
- Discounts are available based on volume
- Concurrent Second Mortgage (same lender) - $150
- The first Resubmission is FREE ($50 per submission thereafter)
Our loan processing fee is payable to MTG Processor LLC. Our loan processing fee is listed on the HUD, and is paid when the loan is Funded. Our loan processing fee is $550 for all of the loan types that we process (Conventional, Non-Conventional, FHA Loans, VA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, and Rural Development Loans). Our loan processing fee for Construction loans is $650. We charge a loan processing fee of $150 for concurrent second mortgages that are with the same lender. We charge $400 for concurrent second mortgages with a different lender than the first mortgage.
Our fee does not include costs that may be associated with Automated Underwriting Submissions, Verifications of Employment, Overnight Couriers, or Credit Reports / Supplements.
